David is the Immediate Past President of the chamber and has been on the Chamber board for 5 terms. David is the CEO at ARC (an industry training organisation, GTO and Care Organisation) which is headquartered in George Street Parramatta. David has extensive experience working for both the private and public sector, including roles as the Director of Sustainability Programs at the Department of Environment and Conservation and as the Manager of the Office of Regional Communities. David has formerly held the role as the Chair of the Veritas Board, providing services for homeless youth in the Central West.

Qualifications: David has a Bachelor of Business (majors in Economics and HRM), a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning, a Masters of Urban Design and a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Education for Sustainability.
