Mr. Mudaliar is a professional executive with nearly 20 years of hospitality industry experience, who has successfully fulfilled senior executive roles with leading hotel chains including Marriot, Accor, and IHG in both managed and franchised models.

 Currently, he is the Managing Director of Innlanz, an ASX listed company, and also Aust & NZ International Investment Group, which has business interests both here in Australia and New Zealand.

 With outstanding excellence in sales and business acumen skills, focusing on increasing profitability, he progressed his career to be asset management and expansion specialist. He is passionate about developing people and collaborating to deliver success for all stakeholders. His vast network of relationships across a number of industries has supported him to increase his clientele’s business portfolios.

Mr. Mudaliar holds certificates in both Senior Development Executive Program and Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
