About Us

Whiteboard Consulting helps SME business owners identify and implement Business improvement strategies with the objective of increasing future company value and supporting achievement of both the owners' future personal and company goals.

We will assist SME businesses at whatever stage they are in their company journey, including business improvement towards a benchmarked "high performance" organization, future owner succession or exit planning and preparation for company sale or public listing.

Following a high level company health check we utilise a globally established rigorous business analysis and implementation process, supporting owners and their team develop priority improvement action plans with measurable goals and objectives. This is the initial stage in the development of an overall roadmap or strategic plan for the organization.

We benchmark all areas of the business in detail, using best established practices of high performance organizations to get an understanding of the the current company performance status and focus upon priority areas for improvement.

Whiteboard consulting can provide ongoing oversight and implementation services for the action plans and initiatives developed. This will ensure team focus, accountability and regular progress feedback to the owners. Team progress and coaching workshops are arranged to ensure the planned objectives are delivered and any roadblocks removed.

We also offer advisory services to Boards including: Establishing, structuring and evaluating boards based upon ASX Governance council principles & recommendations
