Emilia started her career 18 years ago as a teller, gaining valuable experience in commercial and private banking at both HSBC and Westpac, before commencing her journey as a franchise Owner Manager with BOQ (Bank of Queensland) Parramatta in December 2021. With strategic decision-making skills, team leadership and commitment to exceptional customer service, today Emilia leads one of the largest BOQ branches in Australia. 

Emilia is passionate about being actively involved in the local community and believes that owning a business is all about giving back to those that help sustain you. She was recognised as a finalist for the Women in Banking & Finance Industry Awards in 2023 and has had a significant involvement and sponsorship with difference charities and events for various professional industries. Emilia and her team hold regular free Community BBQs outside the BOW Parramatta branch and are actively volunteering and fundraising for charity Orange Sky. 

Over the last two and half years, Emilia has demonstrated her passion for her local community which heavily revolves around the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce. She has a strong record of attending and participating in BAF events, hosting BAF events and repeatedly being the major sponsor of the Annual Charity Golf Day. Local people and businesses are a huge passion of Emilia's.
