About Us

Charles Batt opened his business as an MBE franchisee in August 2006. Prior to that, Charles worked in various corporate roles including retail buying, marketing management, marketing communications, and financial operations.

We have been located in the same Centre in the heart of Parramatta all that time. The business has grown from an absolute zero base to being the largest MBE franchise in Australia.

Along the way, we have won many awards including the Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence “Small Business of the Year” in 2014 and 2017. In July 2021 Charles won the Franchise Council of Australia award for the best “Single-Unit Franchisee of the Year Two or More Staff” for NSW across all 30,000+ franchise outlets.
