The Parramatta Chamber of Commerce applauds the new state-of-the-art university campus to be built in the North Parramatta Cumberland Hospital precinct.

“This will further cement Parramatta as a leader in Innovation, Technology, Health, Research and Education” proudly states Schon Condon, President of Parramatta Chamber of Commerce.

Congratulations to the NSW Government and the University of Sydney for bringing this opportunity to life.  “We the Chamber consider it to be half a billion dollars well spent” adds Schon.

Well done too, to the City of Parramatta for continuing to shape this city for national success.  “A move so significant will create opportunities to inspire internationally with medical and educational outcomes that can come from this precinct”, says Schon.

The business community of Parramatta stands proud in welcoming the University of Sydney to the Greater Sydney revolution that is Parramatta.  The future is bright.

“This will bring more jobs, more prosperity, more innovation, more home grown talent and leading-edge success stories to Parramatta.  This is such an important announcement” continues Schon Condon.

This opportunity not only supports the already health hub known as Westmead, but it complements the direction of the city bringing it into the future by giving it life and purpose.  The Parramatta Chamber of Commerce will do all it can to ensure the success of this project.
